Please note, all products are handmade, not on a machine. For this reason, each product produced might be slightly different than the product in our Shop. We make every attempt to work with clients and the Artisans to ensure the product meets customer satisfaction.

If you have purchased an Ethical Fashion Guatemala product from our online store, Ethical Fashion Guatemala.com. We use DHL Global shipping and each product is packaged in a box provided by DHL for the quality and protection of the shipment. All deliveries are insured by DHL. Please notify Ethical Fashion Guatemala if a delivery is damaged, we will take care of this problem for you.

Retail Store Purchases of Ethical Fashion Guatemala Apparel

If you have purchased an Ethical Fashion Guatemala product from a retail store and are not satisfied, please return the product (along with the receipt) to the store where you made the purchase. We do not give refunds for items purchased in retail locations.

If your place of purchase does not accept returns and you feel that the product is not up to the high standards of Ethical Fashion Guatemala then please call us at 512-520-2336. If you are not satisfied within 10 days of purchase and we will consider a replacement.

This is not a guarantee of replacement.  You will need to provide a copy of the original receipt and our return form we will supply you, as well as your concerns about the quality.
