We do not support the idea of Fair Trade, because we do not feel our Artisans paid the Guatemala minimum wage of $12.00 per day for products that are sold for hundreds of dollars profit by others is Fair Trade.

Small Batch Hand Roasted Guatemala Coffee Beans

Guatemala Handmade Coffee starts with the harvesting by hand, the green beans carried from the fields by hand. Premium Guatemala Coffee is processed most from raw bean to drying by hand.
Water is used to move and ferment the Coffee Beans. The drying of Green beans is by hand, bags are carried to drying patios and hourly for 5 days, the coffee is raked by hand using wooden rakes.
The difference between our Coffee and what you drink?
The coffee most of us the experience has been processed as much as possible with mechanical process, then the beans are mixed with other varieties, this would be like mixing red and white wine.
